The Market Forge Sterilmatic STM has a roomy 16″ diameter x 26″ deep chamber.
Exhaust speed dial with fast (1 minute for instruments and glassware) and slow (10 minutes for liquids) settings. 0- to 60-minute timer. This is a fixed-temperature model that heats to 121C (250F). Preheats quickly – reaching sterilizing temperature in 8 to 10 minutes from cold start, 3 to 7 minutes in continued use. Automatically maintain set temperature. Release pressure and shut off power supply at end of cycle. All controls are front mounted. Doors lock automatically and cannot be opened until pressure is exhausted. Incorporate low-water cutoffs, safety valves. The capacity is 3 cu.ft. Operating pressure is 15 psi (1 atm/100kPa). Electricians take note: This sterilizer is not equipped with cord set. You will need to either create a cord set, or create a hard-wire connected to a circuit breaker box.
